No, most of our classes are built for complete beginners, and instructors adjust every exercise to your level. I
If you're new to the practice, we recommend booking Reformer Foundation first before moving into Flow or Sculpt.

Most members notice changes in posture and energy within 4–6 weeks at 2–3 classes a week. One class a week still helps, but consistency is what drives results.

Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class through the booking app to avoid a lost credit.
Arriving more than 5 minutes late may mean you can't join, since reformers are set up individually before class starts.

In many cases yes, but tell your instructor before the session so the class can be adapted; some exercises may need to be modified or avoided. If you're pregnant or recovering from surgery, check with your doctor first.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class; latecomers may not be able to join once the session starts, for safety and to avoid disrupting others.

Keep phones on silent and away during class to maintain a calm, focused space for everyone.
Cancel with notice

Out of respect for our instructors and community, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are subject to a fee equivalent to the full class price.
