YOGA FLOW

The 5 Pillars of Pilates

Long before it became a global movement practice, Joseph Pilates built his method on a set of guiding principles. At House of Flow, these five pillars shape every class we teach.

Breathing

Full, deliberate breaths oxygenate the body and coordinate movement, helping you stay present and focused through every exercise

Control

Nothing is left to chance or momentum. Every motion is guided deliberately, building strength and stability from the inside out.

Precision & Flow

Quality over quantity. Correct alignment and smooth, continuous movement turn each sequence into an efficient, graceful practice.

Concentration

Each movement is performed with complete attention, turning simple exercises into a mindful practice that sharpens the mind-body connection.

Centering

Movement originates from a strong, engaged core, creating a stable center from which the rest of the body can move freely and safely.

face & body rituals

Treatments, lifting techniques, and therapies designed to restore harmony throughout the face and body.
